Return & Refund Policy

At BLAACK APPARELS, every product is crafted with care, quality, and purpose. Since many of our items are made-to-order, we take pride in ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered — but in case something isn’t quite right, we offer a fair and simple exchange policy.


🔁 Exchange Only – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to process an exchange for eligible items.


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange is allowed only for:

            1. Wrong size received

            2. Wrong item sent

            3. Damaged or defective product

  • Customer must provide a complete unpacking video showing:

          1. The package being opened from its sealed state

          2. The issue clearly visible in the same clip
  • Only one exchange per item is permitted

No exchange will be accepted without a valid unpacking video.


🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges if:

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Product has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • No valid unboxing video is provided
  • The item was purchased during a sale or promotional campaign
  • The reason is change of mind, color preference, or dislike

As we operate on a limited-stock and made-to-order basis, we do not support returns for personal preference reasons.


How to Request an Exchange

  • Step-by-step:
  1. Email us at support@blaack.in within 7 days of receiving the order
  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Clear unpacking video
    • Photos (if applicable)
    • Reason for exchange

We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 working days.


🚚 Sending the Product Back

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive our return address
  • You must courier the product back to us in its original condition
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the fault is on our end
  • After we receive and inspect the product, your new item will be dispatched within 3–5 working days

🧵 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

If the error is on our side, we’ll fix it fast.

  • Share the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
  • We’ll ship a replacement at no extra charge

Each item is eligible for only one exchange, so please refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order.
